Service Description
Express Pass Service is available for Guitar & Bass Setups only. No other service type is included with this appointment.
There is an additional $25 applied to same day setups. Due to the amount of Express Pass Appointment no shows the fee is not charged at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. The express pass is an extremely limited service we offer and demand is very high. No shows are very unfair to our other customers.
We offer 2 Express Pass appointments daily. Express Pass is available for one instrument per customer. Express Pass is not available for multiple instruments.
Express Pass appointments are first come first serve.
Express Pass Appointments are only offered between the hours of 10am and 1 pm M - Saturday.
Express Pass is a Same Day service, not a "while you wait" service. Any instrument dropped off for an Express Pass Service will be ready by end of business the same day. Failure to pickup the same day does not refund the Express Pass Fee.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointment fees are not refunded for same day cancellations or no shows.
